Payment

  • Payment by FPS, bank transfer, or PayPal
  • All overseas courses require a 50% deposit for the course, and the balance must be paid 7 working days before the course starts, and the deposit is non-refundable after registration.
  • Registration for the Local Introduction Course must be paid 3 working days in advance, and no refund will be made after registration.
  • If there are still places available for Local Introduction Courses or activities, we will accept same-day registration, but the relevant fees must be paid immediately.
    • Rescheduling: Participants who need to change the class time/activity must notify us at least 4 hours before the course or activity to arrange the rescheduling. Only one rescheduling will be accepted.
    • No-show: No-show with less than 4 hours prior to the event will not be refunded if the event is postponed or absent without notice.
    • Lateness: There will be no make-up time or fee reduction.

Inclement weather arrangement courses or schedules
(Applicable to Local Introduction courses only)

  • Tropical Cyclone Signal: If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is still hoisted or planned to be hoisted 2 hours before the course or activity, the course or activity will be postponed or rescheduled, and participants will be notified of the make-up arrangement. 
  • Black Rainstorm Warning: If a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted 2 hours before the activity or course, the activity will be postponed or rescheduled.
